Auditor Finds Unclaimed $80K for PA Firefighters

A Pennsylvania fire department recently found out that it's not just individuals who have unclaimed funds being held at the treasury department! The firemen, from Coal Township in Pennsylvania, were reunited with just over $80,000 that was originally in a trust fund. After the fund became dormant due to inactivity, the money was eventually turned over to the state treasury where it remained until it was discovered by a state auditor.
